Where it all started:
Uncle Sam’s Misguided Children, a page I follow on Facebook, posted the Twitter information below. This has led me on a crazy journey through the mission of the extreme left. I have stumbled upon multiple fringe groups that claim they are non-violent, while they are militarizing and scheming about violent tactics and how to implement them. So it starts with Dr. Bones and the CentralOH SRA or Central Ohio Socialist Rifle Association. Parts of the thread are as follows:

The numbers are not large on these tweets, as you can see, but the people that like these tweets and share them are all over the country. There are sub-chapters of the Socialist Rifle Association all across North America, and similar groups that are connected all over the globe. This definitely piqued my interest because I have been shadowbanned on Twitter for non-violent, non-aggressive, conservative posts. These groups, however, are free to discuss violent tactics of ambush and assassination? That directly violates Twitter’s policies, yet nothing has been done to stop them.
I was able to go to Twitter, and of course Google, and start a search of my own. This is where I found Dr. Bones’ private blog https://theconjurehouse.com. “The Misguided Children” article is very informative, but I wanted more information on Dr. Bones and of course CentralOH SRA. I found the Socialist Rifle Association, a left-wing extremist perversion of the NRA.
@Ole_Bonsey, Dr. Bones’ Twitter account, is a legitimate account, but it is private. So I made an account and followed CentralOH SRA and Twitter suggested a scary and surprising amount of other SRA groups. I am still waiting for Dr. Bones to accept my follow request as of this moment. I would like to see these tweets for myself and see how many people are interested in this idea of home-grown terrorist cells in the South, specifically, where they are out-gunned and out-manned.
The JBGC or John Brown Gun Club
Dr. Bones also talks about the JBGC or the John Brown Gun Club. There is some information about it, especially the Phoenix Chapter, which seems to be very active. Their mission statement is as follows:
“Working to stem the tide of reactionary recruitment within white working-class communities, fight white supremacy, & build liberatory community defense.”
The main goal is to abolish, and to make obsolete, the police and deal with problems within the community. We know this does not work. People have tried to police themselves many times and there are always conflicts that cannot be resolved without violence. With the population being as large as it is, this Utopian idea of anarchy is impossible.
Their Facebook page is filled with other information that is counterintuitive to the majority; ways to use drugs safely, how to prevent overdose, and how to test the drugs to make sure you are getting what you want (as opposed to not using them or getting help with addiction and recovery), and the spreading of aids; most assuredly through needle sharing and unprotected sex if the other posts about intravenous drug use and how to do it correctly are any indication. They have found a way to almost normalize deviant behavior and to logically and intelligently describe the steps toward anarchy.
Here is the link to their Facebook page if you would like to look into it on your own, I encourage you to do so. Never take anyone’s word that what they are saying is the truth. Always do your own research!
The SRA or Socialist Rifle Association
The next place I checked out was the Socialist Rifle Association. I wanted to know more about what their core beliefs were, and why they would allow this type of discussion on their thread. This is the mission statement of the SRA:
The Socialist Rifle Association is an educational organization dedicated to providing working class people the information they need to be effectively armed for self and community defense. Our goal is also to provide an alternative to the predominantly white, right wing, male gun culture which has dominated the firearms community for decades. We seek to provide a safe, inclusive, and left-leaning platform for talking about gun rights and self defense, free from racist and reactionary prejudices.
Our members produce quality manuals and guides for teaching firearms safety, marksmanship, history, and mechanics; as well as unarmed self defense, cyber security, emergency medical care, disaster relief, bushcraft, and hunting. Our local chapters will provide in-person training and workshops, using individual members’ skills to help address the needs of their community. We also encourage members to pursue certification and outside training in EMT and disaster relief, so they can provide critical services to their community in bad times.
If you are any of the following: working class, progressive, anarchist, socialist, communist, eco-warrior, animal liberator, anti-fascist, anti-racist, anti-capitalist, PoC, LGBTQ+, or anyone else who is interested in learning about firearms and modern self defense — YOU are invited to join the Socialist Rifle Association today!
Points of Unity
- We are working class and poor people dedicated to educating our class in the safe use of firearms for personal and community self-defense as well as recreation and subsistence hunting.
- We are a multi-tendency association of Social Democrats, Communists, and Anarchists united by class, for our class. We respect one another’s political stances and differences, especially when we disagree.
- We are dedicated to Liberation and Freedom of ALL people and therefore oppose all forms of oppression and exploitation.
- We are party to our local communities and act as such. We volunteer in various ways to further the connections between leftist political radicals and the unorganized communities in which we live. We help feed, house and protect other working class and marginalized folks.
- We stand against the disarmament of the working class.
- We are dedicated to arming the working class, both physically and mentally.
Of course, the first thing upon reading this that raises a red flag is that they “provide an alternative to the predominately white, right-wing, male gun culture.” The right to bear arms is our Second Amendment Right. There is nothing that says only for white men. I have not seen a “white men” only sign at any gun store, gun show, or gun range ever in my lifetime. That is because it does not exist. There is no right-wing, white male gun culture. This statement does, however, invoke a feeling of inclusion for those that feel like outsiders or that belong to fringe groups and do not feel a part of the community at large. That is how groups like this gather members. Their numbers grow slowly because they gather members one person at a time or recruit small groups of friends with similar interests.
They are not people that are in the majority. They are not people that identify with other large groups such as Democrats, Republicans, or the National Rifle Association. It elicits those that are left out and gives them something to belong to; a place to feel like they too are accepted and that they are not alone. In turn, they find a way to agree with the policies, not only that but become beholden to the group for making them a part of something. They become a part of a community of outcasts, so to speak, and are then transformed into the accepted.
To me, this is not necessary. You are only an outcast because you want to be. We don’t all fit fully into this world. I identify as a Conservative, but I have many liberal stances, I just feel more at home on the Right in general. You take what you need and identify most with.
Gun store owners will gladly sell to you if you pass a background check. Gun range owners will gladly let you practice. You can hire experts to teach you gun safety, and you can find many self-defense classes all over the United States that are either specialized for women, LGBTQ+ or just your run of the mill everyone-included class. That is the beauty of capitalism; they just want your money.
The second thing that stood out was the obvious focus on learning defense. I am a very big advocate of learning self-defense, but the rhetoric they use to promote their views, as well as their call to the “disenfranchised” of America, is what is extremely alarming. The list is large of extreme believers and fringe groups that are welcome. This would seem to have to be disingenuous, but the fact that they are on the outskirts of humanity is what makes it dangerous, it is what has made them branches of the same tree. The enemy of my enemy is my friend, and that seems to be the stance they have taken. To these groups, the enemy is us, the rest of America. This group seems to exists to arm the extremist; eco-terrorists, Antifa, communists, anarchists, etc; and not only arm them, but to train them for the possibility that in the future, they are going to need arms training, self-defense, medical training, disaster training, bushcraft, and hunting. It reads like a script for the TV show Doomsday Preppers. Except the preppers were getting prepared just in case there is a collapse, and these groups are preparing to BE the cause of the collapse. Not on the surface, you have to go to their social media and private accounts to see what they are actually promoting.
For further reading check out the multiple SRA accounts on Twitter as well as their website located here: https://socialistra.org
Upon opening the URL you will see that they are involved in Hurricane Florence relief aid. Here is what they had to say:
“What business does the SRA have in doing disaster relief? Is the core statement of the SRA not, to defend and advocate for the right of the working class to self and community defense? Are we now a disaster relief organization? These questions have come up in the last few days. The membership has responded overwhelmingly positively to the actions, however, and there is a good reason for this. As a leftist organization we exist in a unique philosophical position, that when others are in need and we have the ability and the resources to help them, we are obliged to assist them. In the words of Eugene Debs, it is simply “the higher duty” we owe to ourselves. A creation thesis, one of the pillars this organization was built on, is a leftist alternative to the historically racist and bourgeois NRA.”
Honestly, upon reading this, I think about the great work they are doing. Then they go further, they go too far. The NRA is far from historically racist and bourgeois is actually a term for someone in the middle class. Now is this the way they meant it? I doubt it. I believe they are using its more derogatory definition that basically means capitalist or wealthy. Well, I hate to tell them, but by definition, capitalism is an economic system characterized by private or corporate ownership of capital goods, by investments that are determined by private decision, and by prices, production, and the distribution of goods that are determined mainly by competition in a free market.
Since the NRA doesn’t distribute goods, that can’t be them. Now if they mean wealthy, well the membership dues are only $30.00 per year. You don’t have to be wealthy to afford that. You don’t even have to be middle class. You just have to believe in your right to bear arms, your 2nd amendment right. This rhetoric is a way to further isolate its members and keep them feeling like they don’t belong to the rest of the world. That they aren’t a part of this nation, that we don’t want them. That is how they are going to amass a following, and that following is made up of people who feel bullied, overlooked, and fed-up with the America they live in.
The Conjure House and Dr. Bones
In this last part of my article, I want to show you the mindset of the people that are advocating for insurgence into areas they feel are problem areas. The main one in this article is Dr. Bones. He is a very private person. You cannot get onto his Twitter without being approved, and I just signed in today and have been added. After this comes out, I will probably be removed, but I will get what I can, while I can. So here are some things from his Twitter account first that are relevant.
Dr. Bones talks about how he has angered both sides. He has angered the secular radicals by talking about magic and the left by writing about Egoism, which is an ethical theory that treats self-interest as the foundation of morality. He then brags about his blog articles on violence and tactical details of methods used by the Taliban to confront and defeat the United States military. Quote below:
“I’ve also written about violence, my most recent piece going into tactical detail about some of the methods the Taliban has used to confront and defeat the United States military. I‘ve made the case that violent, or at least armed upheaval, is the only thing that puts enough fear into the Powers That Be to effectively get them to back down. I’ve advocated forming bases, getting involved with the community, and above all destroying those that would seek to harm us.”
Doxxing Nazis, and other fascists, is absolutely one of the methods available to harm those that harm us. I support this tactic not only because I support whatever avenues for self-defense the people can muster, but also from a purely tactical standpoint it works.
The article continues with extreme theories on triangulating methods used by extreme right persons on 4chan that wish to remove some type of flag in London. How people have tried to doxx him and how it is a “there is absolutely no question that doxxing nazis, racists, and other foul human slime gets results that organizing simply doesn’t.”
I left his links in that point toward more of his work, if you wish to read those as well. Here is what he has written on his blog to describe himself:
Dr. Bones is a conjurer, card-reader and egoist-communist who believes “true individuality can only flourish when the means of existence are shared by all.” A Florida native and Hoodoo practitioner, he summons pure vitriol, straight narrative, and sorcerous wisdom into a potent blend of poltergasmic politics and gonzo journalism. He lives with his loving wife, a herd of cats, and a house full of spirits.
Yes, you read all of that correctly. He gives pricing information for all kinds of Hoodoo practices and other magics. On his Twitter feed, he also admitted to using a lot of LSD. This is one of the people that is helping to organize and militarize. Does he seem stable and reliable? No. That does not make it any less scary, in fact, I find it much more worrisome. Unstable people have never had a problem introducing and including themselves in so-called “resistances”. The one thing I was surprised to find was how many of these extremist believe that magic is real. That they are creating spells and binding the President from doing his job. Looks to me like an abysmal failure.

Here is another site that publishes his “books”. This particular article is about using acid and working with the Patron Saint of Criminals. Good luck with that, buddy.
